You are responsible for confirming your organization’s ACLS, PALS, or BLS certification/recertification requirements before enrolling in any of our courses. Although our courses are built with an AHA framework and recommendations, we are not an AHA sanctioned course. No online course is sanctioned by AHA. If you need a live AHA course, please refer to the AHA website.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to meet your training needs, we reserve the right to issue a full refund, though we exercise this discretion only in extreme cases.

Upon processing a refund, all course completion cards, provider cards, certificates, online user profiles, and any other materials issued to you prior to the refund will be invalidated and made inaccessible. Our certificate validation system will no longer show completion of our course.
