At AffordableACLS, our dedication lies in delivering top-tier online training and certification courses. This commitment is why we proudly offer a money-back guarantee on all course purchases in the event your employer or organization does not recognize our provider card.
To request a refund, simply submit your email request within 14 days from date of purchase. You also have the option to cancel a course for a full refund BEFORE taking the final exam by submitting a request. We do require that you provide a contact name and phone number of your employer so that we can clarify why the course was not accepted, PRIOR to issuing a refund.
If your organization does not accept our AffordableACLS.com provider card, rest assured that you qualify for a full refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to process.
Our refund policy is designed to ensure your experience with us is seamless and hassle-free. Your satisfaction is paramount to us, and we want to make your journey with us as smooth as possible. If you find that your employer or organization doesn’t recognize our provider card, we will promptly issue a refund for your purchased course(s) if requested within the 14-day window. We do incur a 5 dollar credit card fee for this, and this will be the only portion not refunded. Please include your name , date of purchase, and reason that you are requesting a refund.
You are responsible for confirming your organization’s ACLS, PALS, or BLS certification/recertification requirements before enrolling in any of our courses. Although our courses are built using an AHA / ILCOR framework and recommendations, and written by Emergency Medicine Physicians, we are not an AHA sanctioned course. No 100 percent online course is sanctioned by AHA. If you need a live AHA course, please refer to the AHA website.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to meet your training needs, we reserve the right to issue a full refund, though we exercise this discretion only in extreme cases.
Upon processing a refund, all course completion cards, provider cards, certificates, online user profiles, and any other materials issued to you prior to the refund will be invalidated and made inaccessible. Our certificate validation system will no longer show completion of our course.
